  This elegant gel-like emulsion does exactly what you hope it to - it’s lightweight yet ultra hydrating and doesn’t leave your face feeling tight or greasy.
  Our skin cells are two thirds water, so hydration is absolutely key to ageless skin health.
  Aloe, comfrey and jojoba and are super soothing and calming against irritation from environmental stressors, panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) is reparative, vegetable glycerin attracts moisture to your cells and betaine forms hydration crystals on your skin keeping it plump and quenched.
  We're very particular about how we like our moisturisers to feel, so this moisturiser took over 2 years and 70 versions in the making.
  
  Moisturisers essentially consist of humectants, emollients and occlusives. Humectants bring the moisture and hold it in your cells, emollients soften and nourish, and occlusives protect by sealing all the moisture in with a physical lipid barrier.
  
  This lotion is high on the humectants and emollients but doesn’t have much in the way of occlusives, which means you can layer it without build up.
  
  Plus, it’s the absolute perfect accompaniment to our facial oils - use the lotion first and our oils over the top as your occlusive layer.
  
  Rather than bulk this formula up with fashionable actives, we chose to use timeless ingredients that are veterans of dermal health.
  It’s a lotion for life, to see you through all skin phases.
